GLOWPULSE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Glowpulse products are meticulously crafted wellness instruments intended for discerning clients who demand the highest standards of efficacy, elegance, and exclusivity. As such, our return policy is administered with the same rigor and precision that define our devices themselves.
I. GENERAL POLICY FRAMEWORK
All sales transacted through Glowpulse, its affiliates, or authorized agents are considered final and irrevocable upon shipment confirmation, save for the limited exceptions outlined herein. Purchasers acknowledge and accept that the act of purchase constitutes their unconditional assent to the entirety of this Return Policy, inclusive of all interpretative stipulations, discretionary authorities, and procedural timelines, without exception or negotiation.
II. RETURN ELIGIBILITY – CONDITIONAL & TIME-BOUND
Glowpulse permits the submission of a written return request strictly within a 14-day calendar period commencing upon the official date of delivery, as determined by the timestamp recorded by the carrier of record. Submission does not imply acceptance; all return claims are subject to formal inspection and approval at the sole discretion of Glowpulse Holdings.
To be considered eligible for evaluation, a product must meet the following non-negotiable prerequisites:
1. Immaculate External Condition – The product must be returned in a pristine, unused, and untampered state, free from smudges, wear, mechanical activation, or any evidence—whether superficial or internal—of operational use or manual interference.
2. Unbreached Primary Packaging – All factory seals, tamper-proof adhesives, and serialized outer casing elements must remain entirely intact and unviolated. Any removal, rupture, or manipulation of safety seals shall constitute an immediate forfeiture of return rights.
3.Accessory Integrity – All auxiliary components, instructional literature, inserts, QR code labels, and packaging compartments must be included and in original untouched condition.
4.Proof of Purchase – A valid, original purchase receipt issued directly from Glowpulse (or its appointed distributor) must accompany all return claims.
No exceptions shall be made for subjective dissatisfaction, perceived therapeutic ineffectiveness, or buyer’s remorse. Any opened product is categorically ineligible for return, regardless of reason.
III. INSPECTION, RESTOCKING, AND DETERMINATION OF DISPOSITION
Upon verified receipt of the returned product, Glowpulse will initiate a minimum 14-day evaluation period, during which time the item will undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection protocol, administered by our Returns Review Board. Said Board retains absolute and unchallengeable authority to determine the following:
• Whether the product satisfies the eligibility criteria above;
• Whether any visible or latent damage is present;
• Whether any internal diagnostics indicate use inconsistent with our standards.
Should the product fail to meet the aforementioned requirements—even marginally—Glowpulse reserves the unilateral right to (i) impose a restocking fee in an amount to be determined at its sole discretion (typically not less than 35% of the purchase value), or (ii) deny the refund request in full, in which case the item may be returned to the sender at their expense, or destroyed.
IV. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Returns shall not be accepted under any of the following conditions:
• Devices purchased through third-party resellers, unauthorized channels, or international distributors;
• Products damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer;
• Items rendered defective due to user negligence, failure to follow product instructions, or environmental exposure;
• Promotional, sample, giveaway, or discounted units offered at trade shows, clinical demos, or contests.
V. FINALITY & ARBITRATION CLAUSE
All decisions rendered by Glowpulse in relation to the return, refund, restocking, or disposal of submitted merchandise shall be deemed final, binding, and non-appealable. Any disputes arising from this policy or the interpretation thereof shall be resolved exclusively through private arbitration in accordance with the rules set forth by the American Arbitration Association, and not through class action or public forums.
